Where to start.... It was a pain to schedule floor install. There was a lot of calls back and forth. They were able to do it when we needed so it wasn't that big of a deal. We received an email the day before stating the installers would be there between 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. They didn't show up until 10:30 a.m. Every day they showed up late and left whenever they wanted. Since we had to let them in and out this was an inconvenience when they said they were leaving at a certain time and we ended up waiting for over an hour for them to leave. This was to be a 3 day job and it turned into a 5 day job. The installers were pleasant enough but made excuses about coming from Charlotte every day. After the long week, we went to inspect finished floor. The floor looked great but there were other issues that they wouldn't address. There was quarter round that was cracked and damaged but they did not have any left to replace. We ordered more than enough product and have nothing left but 3 planks. There was damage to freshly painted floors and doors. The installers took a roll of painters tape that was in the garage. When I called to speak to a manager, John promptly called me back and listened to my concerns and said he would make a few phone calls to lumber liquidators and the estimator to ask some additional questions. I never received a call back. My suggestion is never use this company. Before I booked, I read the reviews. I should have listened to the reviews.

Joel and his team were very considerate, flooring was installed in a timely manner. Our installation experience with this team was extremely good, the team was hard working, and their attention to detail was very impressive. Without a doubt we will be recommending this company for any flooring installation.

The beginning of our install went as we believed it would go. However, the installers were driving from Charlotte and were 30 minutes later each day as this install went on. They would take 1-1/2 lunches, sometimes longer and on the beginning of the 4th day, they walked away. Said they didn't want to be blamed for a bad installation as they believed the flooring from Lumber Liquidators was defective. I was LIVID to say the least. My house was in complete shambles and we were left to walk on tacky floors and padding. Watson's then sent out their best floor installer, Randy, and he was AMAZING at what he did. He was shocked at the destruction the other guys left and even commented that those other people be fired for such incompetence. Randy worked tirelessly with his partner and the floors look amazing. My only complaint is that a lot of trash was left behind that should have been hauled away. Randy was under the impression that Lumber Liquidators would want those pieces back, but the store told me differently. Now, it's Monday 9/17 and Watson's left me a voicemail to say that they wanted to schedule pick up for end of this week, early next. This is unacceptable! My family and I spent about 30 minutes taking all the trash as well as flooring out to the garage so that we could at least begin to clean and put our house back together. I'm giving Randy 5 stars for such a beautiful and professional job, but only giving Watson's 3 because you need to thoroughly vet your subcontractors and not just hire some "laborers" who claim to know what they are doing. Now, I'm just waiting for someone to call me back to let me know if they will come get this trash out of my house that I have already paid LL for....I'll update as I hear more. **9/18/18 EDIT** - Mike (the VP) has gone above and beyond to make this right. After just a couple of conversations with me and with Lumber Liquidators, he came up with a solution that made me feel comfortable and my concerns were addressed and met with equal understanding. Thank you!!

Had my floor installed yesterday and it went perfectly. They arrived on time (called ahead to let me know they were on the way) and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were very courteous and cleaned up well afterwards. Very happy with Watson installations. Thanks!
