Excellent service purchasing a shower door. Jeff Harris was very helpful and did not rush us while making this purchase. Very knowledgeable and computer literate! The delivery was on schedule. A satisfied customer!

Selection and prices are good but like all Lowe's stores, customer service is terrible. Luckily, I only ever need help to find a specific item I'm looking for. Don't go asking for advice,. 9 times out of 10, you know way more then them

DO NOT USE LOWES FOR FENCE INSTALLATION. They do not stand behind their work. My fence was installed incorrectly back in April, 7 months later I'm still dealing with Lowe's on the issue. Their customer service team keeps having me call their contractor and sales rep to deal with the issue. Every time I call back to follow up on the issue they say they are waiting on a responsive from the contractor and sales rep. I picked Lowe's because I thought they would stand behind their work but I was wrong. They have lost a life time customer. Glad Home Depot is right down the road from me.

Love this Lowe’s! Had an issue with delivery and the manager was very accommodating and was able to give me a percentage off the price. This location is clean and there is plenty of parking.
