Today the tool department was completely disorganized. Saw blades were in one section with the handles for them in another area. I asked associates 3 times for assistance and finally was told that they must not have them. Someone needs to manage this department much better. The rest of this LOWE’S is usually very good.

Used site to store option to pick up some hardwood flooring. Joseph went to pull my item which took over 30 minutes, I see him proceed back to the pickup desk and take customers without giving me my product. I approach him only for him to say " I can't find your item and I have to take customers." I was livid, he had no plans to assist or determine the status if my item. I had to request a manager for any assistance. This guy lacks customer service and critical thinking skills. After he talked to a manager. I find out it was on stocked in the flooring dept. and required a fork lift to get down. Waited another 15 minutes for the item to finally arrive. John, manager, took off 50% which was a nice, however, some serious improvements need to happen at the site to store desk if this is going to be an advertised option for quick "run in and out" convenience. Definitely didn't happen today, and I'm apprehensive to try this service again. Suggestions: 1. Discuss critical thinking with Joseph 2. Add another computer for 2 line option, particularly during peak times. 3. If not another computer, another team member dedicated to pull orders considering the desk was left unattended frequently. 4. Dedicated seating while you wait.

I gave them a single star because I couldn't go lower. Spend $3k on a stove and have spent over an hour trying to confirm delivery time. 6 calls thus far, put on hold picked up, back on hold then hang up. They should drop the e's from their name and just call it Low; that's the level of customer service you get.

Called four times. On hold 5-10 minutes each time. Asked to be transferred to lumber each time and after 20 rings, then it would hang up and go to a busy tone. Very frustrating. I finally got to a manager, I was very patient with him but he was very short with me. I asked if I could get a quote for lumber for a wheelchair ramp we're building for an eagle scout project. He told me he wouldn't do the estimate and I'd have to call back tomorrow to talk to "One of the Pro Guys."... Question: If you're a manager, aren't you a "Pro Guy" by then. What a joke. Probably not going to frequent this store. Called Home Depot and they were very polite and gave a material discount for the Scout project. They were very customer friendly.

I stood on aisle 14 for 15 minutes trying to figure out what repair part I needed for my shower valve. After listening to two Associates gossiping back and forth from the tool section who had a clear view of me, I turn to ask for assistance. At that point the two Associates disappeared and I heard over the intercom that a customer needed assistance on aisle 14. At which point no one ever showed up. After another 10 minutes or so of waiting I asked the same lady to page someone again as well as a store manager, she only requested another associate come and help me not for the manager. I challenge the store manager to review that video footage to see where his profits and losses are coming in at because he lost a customer today.
