Generally well maintained. Most items listed on the website WILL be in stock. For smaller items the website will give an asle and bin number. I have found this to be a big help finding locations of odd or small items

I had a cart with over $100. worth of merchandise and a gift card to purchase. There was no open register only self check outs which I do not use. I spend a few thousand $$$ a year at Lowe's and if I am spending that amount of $$$ I expect a real person there to check me out. I tried using the self check out but it said you needed a salesperson for the card. After waiting 5 minutes or more for a sales person I just left the merchandise there. I shall return to my locally owned hardware store for furuef purchases.

Nancy at the pick up kiosk was very nice and helpful. We came in for a part for a generator during Hurricane Florence. As of Friday today 500000 people are without power in North Carolina.

Very pleased with the new service they offer for those who like to order on line and it's ready to pick up when you arrive.
