Love this place as it is a rocks throw from my studio which I am fixing up... Wine and Design Jacksonville shares a back parking lot against Lowe's so I can walk to get supplies.. #wndjax

The web site told me the aisle and bin I would find my items. How convenient is that. I love this store and happy shopping is made easier.

Nothing like going into Lowe’s and when you present your military ID they won’t give the discount unless you jump through hurdles now. Been going here for 10 years and never had a problem till today. Kind of odd and bad marketing considering most of their base is military around here.

Front end (cashiers) clueless and scared. Cannot pay via Samsung pay unless you do it 8-10 times than a customer service manager says don't take your frustration out on my cashier. Sorry, when your cashier makes an incorrect assumption about what I'm doing, your credibility is zero.

Too slow in the paint department! I had one girl take my order and instead of completing it she went and helped customers in the isle. Then left the department. When another sales person came along she didn’t even know what paint was mine or if I had placed an order. Word to management: customer service!! You aren’t the only paint store in town.
