Had new carpet installed yesterday. Worked with Dustin who measured and helped me pick the carpet for installation. Pros: -Average price based on numerous estimates. -Installation was scheduled quickly. -Installation took only a half day for 3 bedrooms. -Carpet is done. Cons: -Full payment required up front. -Carpet does not come all the way under base boards in parts of the rooms. -Section of carpet isn’t actually attached to tack strip at all and can be lifted up. -Carpet was not vacuumed after installation. -Old Carpet is not removed for you, was quoted $350 for removal. -Padding was not removed even though I was told it would be. Overall the carpet looks nice; not sure what impact it will have on lifespan due to the gaps between the baseboard and carpet.

If you need floors done quickly, you should look elsewhere. I have been trying to get a quote from these people for a little over a week...this time around. Last time I asked for a quote, it was 3 weeks for a response. Maybe Dustin will respond eventually, but I’m not holding my breath.

Absolutely terrible communication skills. Was supposed to be a 4-5 day job and wound up taking more than 3 weeks because of not measuring right and having to reorder material... and on top of that they tried to charge us an extra $1600 for their measuring mistakes. Forgot to order transitions so that took even longer with hardly any phone calls or updates. Our shoe trim looks terrible and more than half of the finishing nails aren't even in the baseboard but angled down so they go under it, basically it's not even attached. And no one caulked any of it. HORRIBLE business would never recommend to anyone.

I’ve had multiple issues with this company. I bought a construction and had no choice but to use floors galore due to the company having a agreement with the construction company. They have essentially put “bandaids” on my reoccurring issues with loose floor boards, obvious gaps in the planks and most importantly sagging flooring that leaves dips in my flooring on my carpeted second story. Yesterday they were suppose to come out (making this the 4tg visit in a little over a year). I was told between 9am and 11am. 11am rolled around and nobody showed. We called the company and was told the repairman was sick with the flu. When asked we weren’t notified of the appointment being cancelled the lady replied that they were “going down the list” and hadn’t gotten to us yet. Unacceptable. I’ll never voluntarily use this company and I won’t stop until my issues with my flooring is resolved. I’d advise you to look elsewhere for flooring.

I feel like they duped me out of warranty work. A guy came and inspected a part of flooring that was coming up. I mentioned that I'm reminded of the spot every time I snag my socks on it. He took some photos and a video of the loose flooring, had me sign the work order that he would come back, to only find out later that he made additional notes on the work order that the loose flooring was caused by my socks.
