Purchased a refrigerator and the woman working in appliance department was more than helpful with assisting on the sale a d setting up delivery. Contrary to reviews I had read about their delivery service it was delivered when promised and delivery drivers were more than professional. The entire experience made my life easy

Toni, the lady in the hardware and tool departments of the Kill Devil Hills, NC store, was very helpful. She was friendly, professional and understands the concept of providing good customer service. I had never met her before, but I hope that she helps me again in the future. Congratulations on hiring such a caring and attentive employee! Ron in KDH, NC

Needed some advice on what type of paint we needed. Very helpful associate. Made our purchas, got out of there quickly to get right back to work. Love this store, they are always very helpful.

If you just need to buy stuff, you could do worse. If you need a contractor, LOWE'S IS THE WORST!!! We had an absolute nightmare with Lowe's. They refused to stand behind their work and we had to fight and fight and fight, just to get them to reimburse us for the cost of having to pay someone else to come and fix their mess. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! If you feel differently, you got lucky...

The Associate in plumbing department was very polite as the cashier was. Only issue we had was when we were checking out, it was a hassle because the card machine would not read our credit card and at ANY other store that we go to even the Lowe's in Virginia, the cashier can enter it manually and it's no issue. However at this store it was an issue, it would tell the cashier after she tried to swipe it and we did and guess what it still didn't read it and told cashier to enter it manually but in all reality it wouldn't let her enter it in to accept, it wanted her to put in information just to tell her to swipe card again and again. Little inconvenience when it's for work related and using work card not personal card and having to end using personal card taking away from household funds.
