Now I bought a washer dryer refrigerator microwave dishwasher range all stainless steel now I cannot get the refrigerator the first one was damaged I sent it back and that are telling me I'm a get it by the 10th of next month I was supposed to get it tomorrow.... I am building at 4230 Lindbergh Avenue Kitty Hawk North Carolina you have a really good team and it is not their fault but I need a refrigerator..... It is not your stores fault it is your subcontractor delivery when they realized the refrigerator was unusable they called Whirlpool immediately and told them they needed another. I ordered it from Catherine on Thursday night it was delivered Monday which is 4 to 5 days.. Crystal l one of your managers called me and told me the refrigerator was reordered and would be here tomorrow the 30th... From what I understand it's going to be the 10th now. I'm sure that Whirlpool is the problem... I am ready to go to Lowe's and by all my appliances and send these back to your store.... Wife is very upset. My phone number is seven five seven 617 9700... Randy and Robin Brock..... We have family coming and I would love to have a refrigerator.

Local homeowner and business owner of a 5 star company cleaning ocean vacation homes residential commercial and construction or any type of full and light cleaning. Also property management and maintenance, indoor outdoor design and enhancmrnt, full service on call 24 hours privately owned. We have clients (homeowners) and ourselves with accounts for home Depot as we spend nearly 6-20k weekly on items. Not one person to help us find a thing.... The items needed. Bought 3k in flowers and eneded up with spider nests and indoor flowers orchids 39 bought not one made it home 5 mins and through the 2 hours after purchase. We spent big money on these for the renters and homeowners specifically wanted each thing we purchased. Then as if that's not bad enough I oucrchased the color led Philip's hue set and kit and they all are defective and no one will replace it arguing with us that they were fine when we purchased and insisting it was us who messed it up in install. Ya know since we just opened the box and the ELECTRICAL TEAM LICENSE AND ALL PLUGGED THE FIRST BULB IN AND IT MADE A CRAZY NOISE ANR NOTHING ELSE WORKED. THEN I ALSO PIRCHAED 2 OF THE FLOOD LIGHT CAMERAS AND HAD THEM BEFORE THE MONTH I WAITED TO GET MORE FROM THEM NKT HOLDKNG UP AT 129 EACH ones that work with snap program... And oh that's my fault too it didn't work. Down to the jacuzzi tub we ordered and. Fake hardwood flooring wrong sizing they ordered and not enough to do the job... And the tub leaked out immediately after fill. Due to my disabilities and fighting cancer... I mentally can not argue and shouldn't have to that this is fraud and illgegal and not in policy if it were they still wouldn't follow it. Well this homeowner be is a lawyer and has his own firm and his wife coa agent retiring for landscaping. I'll give them a for chance to reach out 48 hours to me personally or I will absolutely make sure no.one goes there as we know almost all local people here and most importantly all businesses. Lowe's is great and I think u all would agree too. Review number one is a jist. Technically a glimpse of how awful and illegsa they run this CORP BUSINEES VIDEOS AND THEERE SITES AND FACEBOOK LINKS OF THIS AND THE TREATMENT WILL BE POSTED SHORTLY.

Best Home Depot I have been in! Great employees and so nice!!! Must be the beach environment😄

I was having problems getting online and Ms Lisa at the front desk took the time to help me and I very much appreciated her doing that for me...That's when you say someone goes above and beyond...Thank you Ms Lisa Ms Nancy Glover@the KDH store

The store manager I believe his name is Link is less than friendly towards his customers and even worse when speaking to his employees. I overheard him barking an order to one of the garden associates and it reminded me of a drill seargent when I was in the Army. The store itself was well stocked and the associates I spoke with aside from the manager were very friendly and helpful. I hope they find a better manager it's such a good store.
