Generally a bad experience and very difficult to find help at this location. Even more so difficult last week when they had their corporate office staff in the building which was made very evident by how busy everybody tried to make them self look. While they have a pretty good Supply if you ask for help you're often told what aisle the item would be on rather than being escorted to the item which often turns out not to be where they stated. Consistently easy to recognize the underperformers working at this location while there are a few that are exceedingly helpful many other frequent customers such as myself go to these employees first making these employees always busy while their counterparts are usually having a chat about sports or their weekend. If there was another choice in hardware stores within a few miles of my house I would definitely go there instead. If you need flooring or Cabinetry you best go somewhere else because there is usually only one employee working and almost always either with a customer or playing on their cell phone.

Five associates were approached for helpful, no one wanted to take the time to help me. Everyone was so busy with stocking and maybe focused on leaving at closing. All associates seemed bothered by being asked where to find and item. 😑

Always fun making trips with the SO here. Great selection of items to fit one's needs. They have everything you need to make your home as perfectly done as possible. Good location too.

The plant center may be well stocked but every time I go there there are a significant amount of plants and flowers dying, or knocked over while staff just walk by them and leave them. Not to mention, every time I ask staff there for help they have absolutely no idea how to help me because "the people who stock the plants are gone for the day". It's frustrating that there's not one staff member who's at least knowledgeable in what's stocked and where. I'm not asking for a horticulturist, just someone who knows what's going on. Lowe's here I come.

Today, we bought a new Christmas Tree. We were impressed with the selection, but even more impressed with the Customer Service. Janis & Ken were extremely helpful. They found the remote control for the tree we liked, showed us how it worked, and when we decided, made sure the tree was in stock. My husband went out to get a flat cart, and by the time he came back, they had found a cart and loaded it for us. They were both extremely helpful and, above all, friendly. Upon leaving the store, another employee (I didn't get his name) helped load the tree into the back of our truck. What a great experience.
