I really like this place because you can get everything you will ever need for great competitive prices whenever you are ready for any home improvement project you might be looking to start or complete. They are in a very good business location, they also have plenty of parking spaces, they offer great pick up and delivery service as well. They have plenty of different products to choose from for every different customer. Please come check out this business establishment and shop in the great Mt. Airy area.

Excellent place for rude management! I love the sauna like feel! Humidity is a sweet 96% and temperatures approaching triple digits...looks like rain. #FIX YOUR AC

My favorite Lowe's hardware store! Always helpful and friendly...unlike their North Winston Salem location. North Winston Salem Lowe's needs to take a serious look at this location's customer service. The morale is just amazing here.

I have always had great service from lowes employees. If i cant find something, I can ask someone , they will help me find what i need. Sometimes I have even help some of their own new employees find things. That tells that they might want to spend a little more time on training.

Booo. Ordered a new oven and a matching dishwasher because our existing oven stopped working. Were told it would take a week to come in but the team would be alerted the moment it arrived and they would have an installer call us. Well 2 weeks without an oven later I call Lowe’s and both items have been there the whole dang time. Got some excuse from a gentleman blaming it on a part time associate. If you order an appliance don’t trust them to do their job and let you know when it’s arrived. Call them every day to make sure they’re doing their job.
