What an awesome Lowe's. Best customer service in any store I have been in. I shopped microwave, paint department and outside doors. Sean was very knowledgeable and very helpful . Giving me lots of information on what kind of doors I want.

I always give everyone and every business the benefit of the doubt but when my wife and I received less then welcoming help from different people working there during the same visit, it really opened our eyes on the willingness of this location. Just simply put they clearly wanted to spend more time talking amongst themselves then assisting us. We typically visit the Steel Creek location but had recently moved into a new home and this was our nearest location. We are a Lowes kind of family and will be traveling to the Location off Fort Mill Hwy from now on.

In store employees have always been helpful and kind. I shop here a lot and have spent more money than I care to think about renovating my home. The only negative experience I've had was when I ordered appliances. Do. Not. Order. Appliances. Scratch and dent floor model at the store? Sure. But if it's a specific appliance being delivered from the warehouse, just don't. Trust me. Go somewhere else. Plant selection is always decent and I love the reasonable prices on end of year clearance plants.

I love Lowe's Home Improvement. One thing that I really enjoy about them is their button to help find someone to help you. The other thing that's really awesome about Lowe's is there app. I love being able to keep track of all my purchases without having to keep up with the receipts.

Terrible, I walked the whole store looking for knee pads. Not one associate in the store offered to assist me. The one employee I did see walk off as I was approaching him. I went to Home Depot on Centrum Parkway in Pineville and left with knee pads within minutes was assisted as soon as I entered through the doorway. Got to love that fantastic customer service thank you Home Depot!
