It seemed understaffed, so I'll give them a little bit of slack, but the one cashier that was working was on her personal phone the entire time we were in line and while we checked out. The store phone was ringing and she was slowly! cashing us out because she was on the phone talking about some two month old baby?? So the store itself was ok. Clean, well stocked. Had everything we needed. My complaint is with the customer service

We shop here regularly, 3-4 times a week, for all of the animals and some of the supplies for our landscaping company.. well, we did. (as in Used to/Don't anymore). We needed to purchase a lawn mower belt and the arrogant kid at the register, Nick, was quite rude and made smart remarks as we entered the store! He was extremely irritated that we had a purchase to make and wasn't shy about letting us know! You weren't due to close for another 30 minutes, but he apparently had other places to be. He was in such a rush to get us out of the store and so nasty to me (outside the presence of my husband, luckily, because he would have layed him out on the ground!), that we left without what we came to buy. The next day my husband got "the belt" (a belt) from another employee that "looked it up" and "gave him the correct belt" to purchase. NOPE! It is the wrong belt! In fact, it isn't even close (correct belt 76", he gave my husband a 13" belt). Customer Service is a thing of the past! Never Again! Taking our business to Southern States.. P.S. when he went to return the belt there were 3 separate lines formed (with 14 customers), leading to only 1 cashier. VERY UNORGANIZED!

The employees here are the worst! They have NO knowledge about any ofl the merchandise they sell! The guy I asked for assistance (didn't get his name because his name tag was covered up) couldn't have been more miserable that I did ask and was of no help. He had no clue about the product I was looking for and had no idea (or interest) in how to go about finding out. The blonde cashier literally stood staring at me with her mouth wide open for a full 15 seconds without saying a word! I finally asked are you open? She just laughed out loud and said oh, no. I went to another cashier to make my transaction and she didn't even give me a receipt. The item I have is the wrong one and now I don't have the receipt to return it so looks like I am stuck with it, not happy! I'm not shopping here anymore, but unfortunately, I don't know of any place like this here in Waxhaw...

This place has really gone down lately. Not sure what's going on. But when you walk in you can smell the rat feces. There is rat feces around everything. The dog beds have chewed places with feces on them. I know it's a feed store. But still it shouldn't get this bad.

Tractor. Supply. The store has everything you'd expect from the name. Good small store source for home owners and western wear too. The monthly poultry sales remind you of the roots though!
