We shop the Waxhaw Lowe's at least once a week - usually in the Lawn & Garden area. I have always gotten excellent customer service from the employees that work out there but one in particular, Marcus, goes out of his way to load items, answer questions and always has a smile on his face. This may seem like a small thing, but wonderful customer service goes a long way for me and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Our family does so much shopping at this Lowe's. Great products, service, prices, and stock for any home improvement need. Helpful staff as well.

Not your Daddy's Lowe's anymore good luck finding that specific item. This more like a speciality store limited items. Good luck finding any quality plumbing items lot of cheap parts. Lowe's is going they way of Radio-Shack and Sears, such a shame. They have lost their way. Go to the store on Charlotte Hwy has larger selection, leave this one for taking the wife to as it is more of a hobby lobby than a hardware store.

Very rued sales person! Wanted to purchase a washer, dryer and fridge. Would not explain why the price went up 400 after being at 2300 for 4 weeks.. she said the manager was not available. Never will go back Stay away

Very difficult to find help, and once found is not typically polite. The products themselves aren’t necessarily overpriced, but the brands they carry are. Checkout line(s) is/are always long, and almost every employee walks around like they’re in a trance. Hope this place improves.
