There is no other business owner with more heart out there than Dave with 1-2-3 Floor. He truly cares about his customers and sincerely wants them to be happy at the end of the job. He tries his best to give each and every customer the best product to meet their budget and their specific needs. Each customer is different and each job is different. Dave is knowledgeable and has over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry. He always gives free estimates and more often than not, is able to beat his competitor’s pricing while offering upgraded products and finishes. I would recommend anyone looking for flooring in the Lake Norman area to give Dave with 1-2-3 Floor a call. He’s the best there is in the business. Guaranteed!

My husband and I built our own home this past year. We used Dave with 1-2-3 Floor for our flooring and were so impressed with his care of our home. He recommended the perfect product for our home that would hold up to our rambunctious kids and dogs, and we know we made the right choice. After several months in our home, we are happier now than ever with our floors. Dave is a master craftsman and he knows his trade. I would highly recommend using Dave with 1-2-3 Floor for your home as well.

Dave with 1-2-3 Floor, Inc. is a stand-up guy who is reliable, responsible, and extremely talented and knowledgeable in the flooring trade. I was looking for flooring for my basement which at the time, had a moisture issue that would not allow for traditional hardwood flooring. I wanted the look of hardwoods. I was not sure what flooring options were possible. Dave recommended a product that I had never heard of called luxury vinyl plank. It is beautiful and looks like real wood. I couldn’t be happier with my new floors. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone looking for great service at a great price.

Our house had a leak and we had to replace all the hardwood floor on our first floor. When I called the owner he made it a priority to come over to my house the same day to review the damage. Upon review, Dave told me what I needed to do with regards to next steps and what to expect going forward with my insurance claim. Dave was available may times throughout this 60 project to answer any additional questions. Dave was able to help me understand the process my mortgage companies needed to go through during my claim and he helped me prepare for what to expect and the information I needed in order to move through the process. Dave was upfront and honest during the whole installation and more importantly his workers were on time, professionally dressed and wore "booties" on their feet when they entered my house. I don't know what I would of done if i hasn't found and connected with Dave at 123 Floor. They were 5 stars throughout the entire process. Do yourself a favor and call 123 Floor first before anyone else. You won't be disappointed.

I would recommend 1-2-3 Floor for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company. They installed new flooring in my home in Mooresville and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Dave, the owner, was always willing to answer my questions and guide me step by step through the process. He finished the job in less time than initially projected and was able to upgrade my products and SAVE ME MONEY! If you need flooring, call Dave at 1-2-3 Floor! He will take great care of you and your home!
