We can't say enough about the staff at the Home Depot at North Myrtle Beach. We were not pleased with the help at another store nearby and gave the Pro Desk a call. George at the Pro Desk was helpful and passed our information along to the manager on duty, Frank. Frank met us at the desk and organized our renovation project. He made sure we we got assistance in all departments. Jody organized our bid order and even stayed late to assist us. They helped us load our truck and we have had contact with them on the orders that are to be delivered. The best customer service we have had from any company in years!!

There are some good employees at Home Depot. They are friendly and when we needed help loading some vinyl, Rick was glad to help even though he was on the way out for his shift. Thanks to all there that are helpful and kind. By the way someone from the garden department helped us find the vinyl siding we needed. Again thanks to your employees who went out of their way to help

Home Depot needs to hire people and have sales people on the floor I can't find what I need and you can't find assistance you hike all the way up to the service desk they paid somebody and you find yourself going back to the service desk two or three times they rarely have what I need. I had over the years for times reached out to them for installation of Windows or doors I only had one thing installed I had to cancel the other three because they constantly call and cancel and want to reschedule and I cannot take off from work and wait for them and mid-morning call and tell me oh we have to reschedule somebody sick or some kind of an emergency this is no way to run a business
