Tractor supply is one of those places that can fill a very important role in the community. Animal feed and medicines, s, farm supplies and machinery, trailer parts, welding, tools and light machinery. Problem is, they worry too much about trinkets and candy than making sure their core merchandise is the best possible, always in stock, and providing parts and repair options for what they sell. They need to: 1) Stock to the mission of the business and don't worry about Christmas trinkets. 2) Always be ordering things that go out of stock, ASAP. ANTICIPATE, if possible. 3) KEEP IMPROVING the stock you carry: seek out the best of all items, not just the same.4) Find a local repair shop and cooperate with them to provide repairs to what they sell (chainsaws, mowers, tillers and other engine powered equipment).

Tractor Supply Company of Henderson, N.C. is great store to have in Henderson. It is truly a great addition to the community because it sells quality items at a really affordable price for the blue collar working person. The staff at Tractor Supply Company of Henderson, N.C. is always friendly, attentive, knowledgeable & willing to take the time to help a customer when the customer has a question or needs assistance finding an item or loading an item in their vehicle. Plus Tractor Supply Company in Henderson, N.C. is located in an easy location to find. It's right beside the Interstate 85 exit on Dabney Drive. Also Tractor Supply Company has a very large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces & the parking lot is well lit at night.

Good prices and a better selection of herbicides & insecticides that the big box stores. However, their propane refill service is lacking. Went into the store three times asking for someone to come out and do a propane refill. Finally, after the third request, a person did come outside, but that person did NOT know how to use the refill machine. After wasting a half-hour, I left without getting any propane.
