I have been going here over 10 years, and have bought from virtually every department there. Lately I've have been getting alot of paint and wood stain. The staff that I've worked with in that dept really are a pleasure to talk to. And always helpful, whether they know the answers to my sometimes-very-detailed questions or not. If they don't they try and get me an answer. There is one gentleman that works there that has obviously done a bunch of wood refinishing, as he has been a great source of information. And there are quite a few people like that there in many other departments.

We had Lowes build our fence at our home. The sales person, Dustin, was understanding of our needs and understood that we could have some difficulty with our HOA. Their fence guys were awesome! We had a small mix up with our delivery, but one phone call to the assistant store manager, Jimmy, he and Dustin made sure that my wife and I were taken care of. Couldn't recommend these folks more.

Terrible customer service. The rudest people. They are minimum wage workers who don't know what they are selling or doing. I'm sticking with Home Depot. The manager is a jerk and totally a weasel midget type with a Napoleon complex.

Big fully stocked store. New arrival of plants. Had a problem, the employee did not know his section. He could not find a nail I needed for a nail gun. He sent me done the wrong isle. I Found it after looking around for 10 to 15 min
