I never really had a bad experience at this location. Typically we come here items in their nursery area, whether it be plants, fertilizers, or mulch. Compared to other big box stores they keep their nursery very organized and the plants healthy. Prices are in line with other stores and they will price match. Additionally they offer a 1 year guarantee on most of their plant selection and I have never had any issues when I needed to exchange any plants.

I'd give them 5 stars all day if they'd have just a couple more staff to help. I get it, on a Tuesday it's very slow and I know they can't have 37 people working, just waiting to come help me. It's just that I spend half my time walking from the area that I'm looking for something in back to the front counter to asks where it is back to the place that I was looking again. Other than that, it's a great store.

Used to be a great store for local contractors. You could get answers to questions, order supplies and build a working relationship with your suppliers. Not so much anymore. They either did away with contractor sales or drastically reduced it. No one capable of answering any questions. Lowe's seems more interested in taking local contractors business rather than getting it...

DO NOT USE LOWES FOR FENCE INSTALLATION. They do not stand behind their work. My fence was installed incorrectly back in April, 7 months later I'm still dealing with Lowe's on the issue. Their customer service team keeps having me call their contractor and sales rep to deal with the issue. Every time I call back to follow up on the issue they say they are waiting on a responsive from the contractor and sales rep. I picked Lowe's because I thought they would stand behind their work but I was wrong. They have lost a life time customer. Glad Home Depot is right down the road from me.
