If you HAVE to have something for home improvement or home appliances and you can't wait and go to Home Depot in Knightdale, NC or South Hill, VA; then this place MIGHT have what you need. But not likely. This is a partial store. It's not a full Lowe's. The inventory is usually scattered around, rarely where the online site says it should be. The employees seem more intent on avoiding customers than helping them. If you manage to corner one and ask a question, the answer always seems vague, short, and unhelpful and they walk away faster than you could track them down to begin with. Most times, when I ask where something is, I don't get "help". I get a pointing gesture and answer of "Over there," or "Over that way," or "Go ask so & so over there. They'll know." And generally, so & so just does more pointing. They all seem to preoccupied to actually help a customer.
There are a handful that are both knowledgeable AND helpful. But don't hold your breath. The ONLY time I had an employee approach me and offer anything to me while I was on the floor was a girl trying to get my wife and I to apply for a Lowe's credit card, and when we declined, she huffed and walked off while I was literally asking her to get someone to come help me.
In short, this store SUCKS! Order from Amazon or go to a Home Depot. This place is ridiculous. And don't bother calling g the manager or corporate. Neither of them give a rip.
