Monica helped us. Very knowledgeable and personable. We will be back! Impressed with the variety and choices.

I've known Kris and his staff since 2012 and they have completed numerous projects for me. Imperial flooring will exceed your expectations from start to finish of your project, no matter how big or small it may be! One particular project comes to mind. I had beautiful hardwood floor installed throughout the maid floor of my home and the painters over sprayed a section of floor. I called Imperial flooring to ask what I could use to remove it and within ten minutes Kris (one of the owners) was personally at my home removing the paint. If thats not service after the sale I dont know what is. Imperial flooring will have my business on all future projects without a doubt!

I ordered and had my whole kitchen/dining flooring installed by Imperial Flooring. I am very happy with the product, quality, and work performed. It has been almost a year and I still love the look & style. Not to mention the product itself has held up extremely well. A+++

From the start to finish of my project, the staff was great to work with; even after the sale they went above and beyond! I have recommended this business to many of my friends and will use them in the future if any flooring projects arise.

This company did the flooring in my new build home by Red Door Homes in late 2011, I have had many many problems with the quality of the work done in my home. Most of the problems are with the carpeting. The carpeting is coming off of the floor in multiple areas of my home along the walls, in the corners, on the stairwell and its fraying and falling apart I am assuming from not being properly fastened in place. We had one of the guys come to the house when we first moved in to fix an area of the carpet that was coming off the floor, he also placed our TV cable under the carpet and there a multiple spots that feel like there are rocks under the carpet which I think are glue piles (the cable is under duct tape along the wall so I know its not the cable making the carpet hard and lumpy). I also had one problem with the laminate wood look flooring, one of the long strips that go along the length of the planks that separate the laminate from the carpeting came almost completely off and we had to glue it back down. I haven't quit been in my home for 2 years yet and things have just gotten worse and worse and it started as soon as we moved into our new home. The carpet lifting off the floor was noticed the day before we moved in. Pictures have been posted for you to view. You can notice on the stairwell there are two different backings under the carpet one is the normal backing and the other there is no backing at all.
