If you're looking for sales associate of the year, look no further then Ricky in appliances! Few weeks back we looked for a new gas range, ordered one, found out it was on back order on the day of projected delivery. Ricky quickly arranged a similar setup and got us lined up to get it quicker then expected! Then, we went back to purchase flooring, somehow ended up finding a new fridge to match our new range, and again Ricky (being the only one that we see constantly) rose to the occasion and landed us a deal that completely changed our plans for what we came to get. We still ordered flooring but now we are getting a fridge with it apparently. Huge thanks to Ricky and the Lowes team for your great services.

Not enough employees in this particular Lowes. Can't tell if any management exists on site. If you order something from this Lowe's keep calling to find out if it is in. I have found that the item does not arrive when they say it will so it is not delivered when they say it will be. And NO ONE bothers to call and tell you that you don't need to sit at home all day waiting for the item to arrive. This has happened to us several times.

Easily located off the interstate. Helpful staff, informative and always willing to go the extra mile. Customer restroom in the back center of the store. Vets get a discount as long as you have proof.

I went to the Rapid City Lowes store today, walked past at least seven store employees and not a one of them greeted me to say hello or ask if I needed assistance. I was looking for carpeting and two additional employees were within ten feet of me, chatting alongside a pallet of tile and neither one offered to help. In the past, I worked at Home Depot in Missouri for 2+ years and if an employee neglected to greet a customer, we were written up and talked to about how important it was for everyone to treat our customers as if they were very special. I liken today's experience to a lack of training by the store's management and not a fault of each employee!

Great prices but sometimes not enough people to check out. Nice to have self check out for small purchases but not for the large buys.
