Bought a mattress from I Keating Furniture World today. The salesman did an excellent job informing us of the products as well as the differences among the products. The availability and price were definitely factors in our selecting I Keatings for the purchase. It should be delivered in a couple of days—appreciate the timeliness of that too. Shortly thereafter we will know if we purchased the right mattress.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable in the store. I suggest bringing your own tie downs and securing everything yourself though. I bought a bed and they were going to secure it in the back of my truck with STRING. I happened to have a tie down but had to stop and buy another one to get it to stop moving around.

Ashley Furniture said they’d have the furniture within 2 weeks but couldn’t deliver it until 3 weeks after which was a long wait in the first place. The day before the delivery was supposed to occur I called because no one called me and I wanted to know what time they’d arrive. They not only didn’t have the whole order but no one bothered to check on it. It’ll be 4 weeks now until I get my bed, dresser, and mirrror. I will never order from this place again.
