This is the store we choose for our home improvement needs. Love their flower garden selection. Clean store. 10% military discount. So helpful when we have a question. No complaints from us. My husband & I love Lowe's.

We ordered a fence 11 months ago and it still is not installed to our satisfaction. It’s been extremely frustrating having to continually follow up to get the issues resolved and they still have not been resolved. Lowes even closed out a formal complaint that we submitted without even letting us know. We strongly advise looking elsewhere for any installations.

Did the pickup service because thought it would be quick and easy. It was more trouble than grabbing the items ourselves. Probably just going to stick with going to Menards from now on.

Never a bad trip here. Eric, Tracy, Jolene, and Karin are the best!

Joel from plumbing acted like he was an expert. I purchased almost 100 dollars worth of stuff and followed his instructions. It was all wrong and had to come back and buy more! 80 more dollars worth. I can't return what didn't work due to the nature of the job! Luckly, an older man helped me the second time and stated Joel was new and did sell me the correct items. It all worked the second time. I lost almost a hundred dollars!!!! I learned not to trust Lowe's Employee's knowledge of items. Unless it's the older man in plumbing. He knows his stuff.
