Although not all employees are knowledgeable about the location of certain items, I find them courteous, friendly and helpful for the most part. The Home Depot app helps you by finding your location and can be helpful to speed up your shopping. At this store the garden center could benefit from more check-outs in the spring. On the weekends waiting in line is a nuisance and the lines get long. So go early in the morning.

Overall the experience was good. There was a bit of a problem finding someone to help us at the beginning, but once we got someone the rest of the trip went smoothly. Linda in the flooring department was very helpful and explained the whole process really thoroughly (we are looking to get our carpets replaced). She took her time and really made us feel good about the process despite being the only one in a busy department!

Working with Julie in Appliances has been wonderful. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She gave us good advice and recommendations without being pushy. Great experience overall and I would return.

This was the best experience I've had at home depot. Everyone was extremely nice & went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks for that! I will definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Plenty of people working there and willing to help you out. They have good choices of items for your house. If you need anything you can find it there. Again helpful staff.
