Linda helped me and she was short and rude to a supplier we had ask questions about getting the floor we wanted she was afraid we were trying to cut her out and get it straight from the supplier the floor installers we're great friendly but there is a break down in communication the man who comes out and measures the floor is not the guy who installs it at the top of the stairs we needed a stair nose piece the options the installers gave us gold or silver metal which did not match the floating wood floor we ordered so we had to do a special order to get the matching stair nose at this point we wanted to install the same floor in another property so when we asked about the stair nose we asked them to order use a floor reducer so that it would match for our next project after waiting a week we got the stair nose installed we assumed both pieces would of been order cause that's what we asked Linda to she never ordered it we have spoke to Joe about the floor reducer cause Linda was out he gave us the run around about and told us it was already ordered should be in this week when I went into the store on a Wednesday I didn't hear anything so I called on Monday Linda went home already spoke to Joe again he doesn't stop talking and it's nothing but excuse and run around even after you tell Joe I will check back he still keeps talking and giving excuses they have great products great installers very poor customer service all of our issues could of been avoided had the customers service and communication was better Linda had a great opportunity to up sale her commission to get us that custom stair nose to match our floor
