Rude, rude, rude! Customer service is a joke. Why should I spend money with them, just to have them treat me so poorly? I returned some tiles from a bathroom remodel and the lady acted like I just took her paycheck. The manager is equally as rude. They lost a customer for life. Don't waste your time shopping here. Home Depot will receive my business from now on.

Troy is correct. Rude, rude, rude. These people can't be bothered. Find a better location. Mohler True Value Home Center, just a few blocks away, may be more expensive, but you will be treated with respect and get waited on right away with no attitude.

The line was a little long but the truck rental for 90 minutes was cheap and straight forward. I would use them again

Went to this Lowes for the first and last time on 5/26/18 workers in store a very rude and very unhelpful, guy in the Home and Garden center was too busy to help me and my wife load a outdoor furniture set onto a flat bed because he was too busy chasing around a young female co worker and not doing his job.

Shouldn't even be giving it one star but it won't let me do anything less. My husband and I went to the store this evening and went in to purchase flooring. PURCHASE not look. We found what we were looking for and went up to a assistant-less checkout counter in the flooring department. After no one coming up for 5 mins. I had to go ask someone in the pain department to call someone to help us. Now, we had our 2 young kids with us, so waiting is hard with little ones. Finally after almost 20 mins some lady comes up and starts to help us. However, she was not at all helpful. She claimed she was a manager but if she was I'm embarrassed for lowes to say the least. She had no idea how to even sign into the computer at first. After she figured out the computer, she couldn't give us any details about the pricing or if we needed a subfloor for the flooring we picked out. She didn't even tell me if the installer would call me or not. She just gave me a receipt and said they will give you info up front. All I have to say if this installer doesn't exceed my expectations, I will return the 35.00 fee and never come back!!!!!
