I purchased my carpet from Jamies and it was installed about 3 weeks ago. My salesman worked at both the Elyria and the Sandusky store. Carpet is okay though it looks alot lighter than the store sample. A couple hours after the installers left- my son walked up the stairs and was stuck in the toe by a carpet tack. I ran my hand along the edges and all the tacks were poking through the carpet. I called the Sandusky store because there was no answer at the Elyria store and was told to pound them with a hammer. I didn't feel that I should do that so I asked if someone could come out because no carpet padding was put over the tack strips. I asked them to come out on Oct. 18th -they said ok and that was the last I heard from them. Nobody showed up -nobody called.
