I always go to smaller businesses first when seeking items I need. I always have shopped Busy Beaver before I head off to Lowes or Home Depot. I was in the store Saturday looking for items. Could not find the items I needed. Went to find help locating the items I needed. Approached one older gentleman, he looked at me and picked up a phone to help another customer. Didn't acknowledge that I needed help. Went off to find someone else. Walked up and stood behind someone that was helping another person. They were going into extensive detail on product so I left them to finish. I approached the cashier and told her I needed assistance. She announced over the loudspeaker twice that a customer needed assistance and the location. No one ever showed up to help so I left. I called after I left and spoke to a manager. Instead of customer service from this manager, I felt mocked by her. You could tell she really didn't care.

The associates at this store are very helpful and personable. Good experience.

My friend and I came here about a day ago and as soon as we walked in we got a bad stare. We were walking around the store for a little and then they declared a security check on us. I will never come back here.

An excellent place to do business with. This Busy Beaver also actively participates in the community. It's nice to see a corporate business that appreciates the community it is in.
