As always the whole staff is always very helpful. The store is well organized. On my last visit, I needed a custom color paint mixed up, and the young lady in the paint department fixed me up in no time. I also picked up a custom built door I had ordered a few weeks ago, and it was perfect, just see Cindy for your custom orders. It's one stop shopping for whatever you need around the house.

I never write a review for a local place but this store is a joke. The simplest of requests cannot be granted by staff. Save yourself time and run to Lowe's, Ace, or Busy Beaver. As far as I'm concerned you can lock this one up just like the old DIY across the street!!

Terrible phone service. I thought I’d switch a bit from exclusively shopping at Lowes.....Wrong! I ordered a scaffolding plank from Home Depot 2 weeks ago and no one will answer the phone!!!!! I call, someone picks up, says they will transfer to the appropriate department, and it rings, and rings, and it rings. No one answers. Call back different departments and it just rings. No answer. I hate I already spent the money and waited weeks. I spent 1000,000 bucks at Lowes last year. This company here in Ashtabula sucks! I have to drive up there to hear them tell me they don’t know what the problem is with the order.

Wanted to buy a patio set they had on display, after milling around for 20 minutes trying to find someone to wait on me, I get a cashier yelling across the store. He tells me he can't help me, he'll find someone. Another wait and a woman who was in plain sight the whole time comes over only to tell me they're out of stock.
