We have been shopping at Lowe's for many years and normally have very good luck. sometimes it's difficult to find sales assistants but if necessary ask for a manager and they usually take care of you pretty quickly. Yesterday we were shopping for a new range while they're on sale for Labor Day. The model we wanted they're out of stock on and told we had to pay cash up-front to hold it at that price for THIRTY DAYS! The sales assistant was absolutely positive we had to pay up front but when we talked with a manager she took the incentive to take care of it so we did not have to pay up front after all. If this infect is the company policy and needs to be changed and if not they need better training for their floor assistants. Fyi... the Mentor Lowe's is far better than Home Depot

Was able to fine everything I needed. Had to ask for one item and was directed correctly. The only negative was they only had 2 registers open and many people in line and the self checkout weren't open

Just picked up some lumber for a project. Staff was helpful and friendly. Same ole box store.

Took almost 20 minutes to pick up a bug zapper because nobody was around or cared. I went to customer service 3 times. 4 lady's were just standing around goofing off, nobody in line for customer service, but none of them would help me 5 feet away at the online pickup counter. On the third request I asked to cancel my online order and just buy the bug zapper and do self check out. 1 lady from customer service agreed to cancel my order. Then during cancellation she said "well, do you just want to take it". That lack of commonsense at this store was concerning. First and last visit to Lowes.

Good selection of parts but their staff isn't anywhere to be found, ever. Also, their chip readers at the registers are awful and you have to insert at least 3 times.
