I love shopping here. The people are friendly and helpful. If you need to return something or not happy with your purchase, Deborah in returns / customer service does an amazing job! She is so helpful and greets everyone with a smile no matter how busy she is.

Going on a school night at 7 pm might explain the service. Younger kids "working" but mainly walking around talking with each other. No hello, no can I assist you and when checking out the cashier never said one word. No hello, thank you or good bye. She did carry on a conversation with the cashier beside her.....but not a word with me.

NORMALLY THEY HAVE EVERYTHING FOR MY HOME PROJECTS AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE

I wanted 2 things grass seed and mat to cover. I had already looked it up to see where it was located. They showed over thirty in stock. After it not being in the location shown we looked in every possible place for it. Finally asked for help and the answer was it might be outside. Went there and looked. Finally went to the cashier that worked there. She tried to help and she showed 30 some also. She called a manager and they told her they should be in the area that I just looked in without going to look or anything else. Left the store very irratated. This was definitely not the first time we have had a bad experience at Vienna Lowes. ☹

Better than Home Depot. Watch out for the cashier in lumber named Nikki. She is a weirdo.
