I've visited this Lowe's location several times and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well as very eager to help while not being pushy. Occasionally they seem a bit light on staff but I blame that on corporate goals/limits on payroll spending. The staff that is there seems to do a great job of making sure that if you've taken the time to come in, you know you are valued.

Just cant get anyone to help you. If you ask someone they point or say they don't work that department. That being said I was waited on by the guy in appliance's and he was great!! Bought a dishwasher and he made it easy.

I was looking for a Hot Water Tank, found the one I wanted, paged for help and a guy was there in a couple of minutes. He asked if he could help and I pointed to the water tank on an upper rack. He said he had to get a lift, and I added I'll need a cart too. He was right back, got the water tank down, then went to get a cart. He put the water tank on the cart and I thanked him. I went to the checkout, paid and headed home to install the water tank.

Bad customer service. Terrible delivery department. I worked there and it was one of the worst experiences in my life. If you need something simple like fertalizer then fine. But if you need to do a big job or have appliances delivered to your home then find a different store. Most appliances will be delivered to your home damaged. Most of the time they were damaged when they were put on the truck before the delivery crew comes in to work. Then the delivery crew will be the ones management blames it on to save their own hide. The delivery crew is overworked I had plenty 17+ hour days with no breaks. For my last couple months store management was trying to force me to quit. Please just go to home depot or find a nice small more professional appliance shop that can take their time on the delivery of your purchases.

We went there to pick out a bathroom sink cabinet and a bathroom faucet for it. Robyn asked Fred to load it for us, and Jerry gave us some very useful information about how to seal the white sink we just bought so it would not absorb rust from our hard water. He was also very knowledgeable on a filter that he showed and sold us to remove sediment from the water coming out of the well before it reaches the water softener. We have purchase first from Lowes because we like your product style way better than Home Depot! Only time we go to Home Depot, is when we are looking for something particular, that you did not have that we needed. We remodeled our kitchen and bathroom through you! Keep up the great product selection and great customer service!
