I came for an item that I saw online. I'd called ahead to make sure the item was actually in stock. And the young woman on the phone assured me that it was. When I arrived, the item was not readily available, as it was still boxed up and placed on one of the upper stock shelves. It took awhile to find someone to help me. But, the older gentleman who did was very nice. I got what I came for (along with a few other things I needed). And I had whatI'd call a good shopping experience.

I feel so blessed to have this store close to my house. The store is always clean and organized. The.workers ALWAYS greet me with a smile and ask if I need help. I so appreciate them. Good deals on healthy plants too. I had a fence installed by them a few years ago and it is beautiful and well made....at a good price. THANK YOU LOWE'S!

I ordered a small freezer and was told it would take 2-3 days to deliver once the order was received in the store. It came in to the store on 12/13/17. The earliest delivery date was 12/29/17. Then I find out they are unable to give me a time until the day of delivery, which keep in mind, is a weekday. Customer Service was rude during the entire call, and was short with me about asking for a delivery timeframe that is provided a day in advance. This made the delivery situation even worse. I live 1.5 miles away from the store and can’t get a small appliance delivered until 1/6/18 because of reasonable expectations for a delivery window during the week. Unbelievable.

Worst. Service. Ever. I ordered tile for my bathroom, and a tile saw, online. I got an email saying it was filled and ready for pickup, only when I got there I waited 45 minutes for them to actually get the tiles. Then was told my saw was down at the lumber doors and someone down there would help me load them and the saw. The cashier at the lumber doors took 10 minutes to verify that the order of tiles I just picked up were actually mine, even though I handed her a receipt, and then told me I should go pull my car around that my saw was being brought to me. 5 Lowes employees were helping to load drywall (2 just standing there gossipping) as I loaded the tiles myself without help. 15 minutes after that someone brought me my saw. Utterly ridiculous.
