I'd give it 0 if I could. We ordered a new refrigerator for our rental property and I called at noon and was told that we would have delivery between 1:30-3:30. I gave them a phone number to call so we could meet them 20 minutes before hand. Turns out the rude "floor manager" lied to me and we were the first stop of the day and already missed them and then the delivery driver called and said too bad, tough luck. Very unprofessional and rude. I called back and she refused to admit she lied about the delivery time frame she originally told me and basically blamed us for not sitting and waiting all day. Then they can't redelivery for another week and she doesn't care. I will be going above her head to take this up with Store Manager or I will cancel and go to a better store with real customer service.

If you’re looking for door installation, you probably want to go save yourself some time and go somewhere else! 3 weeks ago I paid Lowe’s to have someone come out to my house and get the measurements so that I can order my new doors. They never came out, never followed up and after 5 phone calls and showing up 3 different times To check the status I finally decided to move on. Please save your time and go elsewhere!

I love Lowe's it always have what I want for my household,they have very kind help there,it's not like Home Depot hard to find someone to help you, I'm kind of glad I went there early in the morning right after I got off work that way won't be too many people grabbing their attention for help, then by the time I got there to grab someone for helps attention they would have been all busy with someone,Thanks Lowe's.🏡

The absolute worst home improvement experiences I have ever had. We ordered a dishwasher--they told us to order one in particular which was ADA approved (no one in our house has a disability), so it had to be returned. They put down the wrong phone as our contact...we called FIVE TIMES to get it corrected. Finally we had to contact the installer to get it right. Then we were supposed to have flooring delivered--and on the day of the delivery, after all my floors were ripped up, they called and said they wouldn't be and that the earliest they could be delivered was four days later. The staff in the store will tell you OTR that the place is a mess. Don't shop at this Lowes.

I am in need of a custom size door. I tried calling the lumber department in this store and the store in Nordonia four different times. I was either disconnected, or people simply hung up on me. Pathetic customer service.
