Premier Custom Flooring provided great selection of flooring and tile during construction of our new home. We had a great experience with Dan Ovelgonne (salesperson) and Lloyd (installer). Dan provided expertise when choosing different types of flooring and tiles. Premier provided excellent installation of our custom, on-site stained white oak hardwood floors. Highly recommend you visit Premier Custom Flooring for all of your flooring and tile needs. We are very happy with our experience and our floors and tile receive many compliments.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Allison was extremely helpful. She wasn't pushy but answered all our questions. She didn't try to sell us higher than we wanted to go. She asked the right questions. She was fast with our quote. The installers were very nice and very professional and did a great job. I have recommended Premier Carpet to several people and explained that we went to a few different places and felt like they didn't have time or care if they made a sale. At Premier we felt like a valued customer from our very first visit. I would and have highly recommended this company for all you flooring needs.

I absolutely loved the staff . Roz was very helpful and everyone was very knowledgeable. The installer Will was very neat and the carpet and Coretec looked fabulous. I will use them for all of my flooring needs.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tried to get a quote to have some hardwood refinished, waited a week and no one called me. I called and spoke to their other office (Jackie) in Avon Lake and she talked me into setting an appointment and that she would see it through. I told her that I would still be calling Rob the owner and talk to him about Roslyn and her "lack" of customer service. After speaking to Rob, he cancelled my appointment and said to use another company. Told me that he did not need to be told how to run his company and that he did not want to listen to my "rants". What a piece of work this guy is. Do yourself a favor, find a different company to work with.
