We live Lowes. They always have plenty of knowledgeable employees. If you have a Lowes credit card, they give a discount. Great store, we buy all our appliances there.

The guy mark was great ,it was the computer and everyone above him that sucked.mark new his product and explained everything in professional manner. But when I am told one thing from the manager s above Mark and I leave ,stopped when I get to my truck to leave ,then summon back into the store and undo what I was told ..I am still considering canceling my 4000.00 appliance order.
