I originally gave a five star years ago, then I changed to a 4 star. Now it is a two star at best.
I wrote a novel about my last experience, but then I deleted it.
In a nut shell, the service has gone down the tubes. I just can't believe it. I used to praise Lowes for the top notch service and how clean the stores are.
As far as the service goes. I did mention the names of some all but rude people at the customer service desk. But I removed their name. Maybe they have a lot if bad days. Sometimes they act like you're not even there. And some act like you're an inconvenience. I've seen them do this to other customers while I sat there and waited.
I was going to change this review to a one star, but Kourtney, and Dave really worked hard you help me out.
I recommended my client to buy a tub and surround, and a shower pan and surround. They did. They spent thousands. They were unhappy with the service and I see why.
I just can't recommend Lowe's anymore. I will continue to go and get the few things that The Home Depot doesn't sell that I like from Lowe's, but that is it. I'm so disappointed. Sad face.
I guess I still wrote a book.
