Went into the show room in canton oh on Friday. I was the only customer in the store. The guy at the counter just stood there didn't come ask if he could help me with anything and when I asked him questions about pricing he just blew me off. It was like I was bothering him. I am doing almost a 1000 square ft project but he didn't want my business so I went else where. They look like they have good product but terrible employees.

We went to lumber liquidators thinking they knew what thay were doing , wrong we paid 25.00 to get estimate, 3500.00 ok, it took 2 months from day of order to finish, we now have 2 different heights of floor from dining room to living room, same floor, a strip going across hall that we trip over, we were not told if we wanted a same height floor we needed a sub floor, i thought that is why we paid the 25.00 for, go figure, they said they will ripe up floor and put a sub floor in for another 827.00, then reinstall the riped up floor. we decided to cut our losses, we did not want a ripped up floor that was being reinstalled so we said no, halfway through the job we find out the estimater was 50 foot of baseboard off the estimate and 2 more boxes of flooring, so 4 weeks later we get the materials to finish a none professional job. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can get from liquid liquidators. They have no clue what they are doing.

Visited in person and paid $25 to have someone come out to estimate square footage and flooring. Was told they would call to schedule within two days. Waited a week, tried to call and was told there were phone issues. Finally called to get my $25 back. I'm not going to let someone touch my floors that doesn't even have the decency to keep their promises to just come out and give an estimate. Customer service didn't even want to hear why I wanted a refund they just processed it, very dismissive. I'll give my money to someone else.

Purchased Brazilian hardwood cherry 9/16. The salesman said it's great for having pets and it won't scratch. Needless to say, I have impressions in the flooring caused by the canine's toe nails. Customer care will not do anything for me. Telling me to refinish it at my expense. DON'T BUY FLOORING FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!! VERY MISLEADING.

Initial appointment was set for them to measure and they were 2 hours late with no phone call. I tried calling several times and their mailbox was full, so I had to call the store, Lumber Liquidators, the company they set us up with was a no show. He made calls also with no success and apologized. Finally 2 hours later the guy shows up. The office called me but I couldn't answer. They called my husband and lied saying he had gps issues and couldn't find the place. The guy told me he had no idea he was to even come to my house until he got back to the office and his clipboard was there with a note to come. First bad move is to lie about your mistake. I told the guy several times the entire lower level minus the half bath would be done. He asked more than once the areas that would be done (what part of every room down here except the half bath is hard to understand?). Before he left I asked if he got the closet too and he didn't. Really? I repeated again the entire lower level is being done and he said he got it all. He said it would be 2 days and the store would have the quote. Fast forward 4 days and we finally get the quote and it's wrong! We have almost 1000 sf of floor and he had 566 sf on the quote!! When I called the store to find out what is going on, the store said the quote listed kitchen, family room, small hallway and laundry room. The guy forgot the dining, foyer and sitting room!! How does this even happen?? Needless to say I was livid! When I called N&M to discuss my concerns, Sara, the owner, had a bit of an attitude with me, and her tone was as if she was irritated at ME! Said she would TX out and call me. Well 2 days later still no call. I called the store and said I'm done with this contractor. I have zero confidence in them at this point, and certainly didn't appreciate the multiple occasions of no follow through. Now we are pushed back even longer to get on another company's schedule before the holidays and I am not happy with that. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this company. Unprofessional and unorganized. So buyer beware.
