Some of the time employees are helpful and know where stuff is, but for the most part, if you go into this store you better know exactly what you need and where to find it. About half of the staff is rude and will roll their eyes at you if you ask where something in the store is. If you need help finding something, or getting something heavy off of the shelf and ask them to page someone to help you, about 50% of the time nobody shows up or waits for you to go back to the aisle. Many times their website will say something is stock in the store, but when you get there it's nowhere to be found (probably lost somewhere or misplaced) as this had happened to me several times. Their return policy is pretty good though, and prices are decent.

Not only did I have to wait 20 minuets for a carry out only to carry it out myself. But to come home to set up my grill and find a LIVE “ Yes live “ RATS inside of the grill set. No holes or nothin, box was opened tho, can be easily lifted up. My mom was screaming when she saw it. Please check what yall buy in here cause it’s crazy how they let rats get into things and sell stuff to you without them even knowing. Multiple Rats in a grill set like... SERIOUSLY! The place should get checked for any more rat infestation. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND GOING HERE. Btw, this all happened today.

Very well organized home Depot. Usually has great deals as well. The reason I didn't give them five stars is that the customer service can at times be very unprofessional. Some of the workers are rude and could at least fake a smile.
