We bought carpet here 3 times now. It's a decent place. They're competitive in pricing most of the time. We have bought at HD as well before, when they had better sale. Anyway, we had good experience overall. Can't give 5 stars, because last install wasn't as great as before. If you look very closely, seam is visible more than normal.

Worst experience I ever had. Workers were slobs. They left their McDonalds lunch bags and cups all over the house. They did not vacuum up the carpet hairs, left the windows open and. broke a tile in the bath. They also covered over a floor outlet rather than cut around it.. Its has been three weeks and we still have not received a resolution.

Great customer service, price and selection. Chuck was great to work with! I would definitely refer customers to there.

Rite Rug is trash. Company Care, (AKA Customer Care), is a fraud. Had vinyl plank flooring installed. It is HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP! Installers are Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. If you want quality, go somewhere else. Hope these pics convince you. Everything pictured has to be reworked. All transitions into adjoining rooms need replaced. All quarter round needs to be replaced. Floating floors need expansion gaps at the perimeter/elsewhere. Not on their installation! Waiting on reinstall. My guess, it wont happen.

Rite Rug was great to work in the purchase of my new vinyl plank flooring. From tbe begining of the process to installment, they were very professioal. Installers did a great job laying the floor; they were very thorough. Price was also very reasonable compared to two other estimates. Would highly recommend Rite Rug. 😊
