Appliance department (or maybe delivery center?) is a complete joke. They had a Memorial Day sale that included free next day delivery. My refrigerator was apparently not in stock, so they scheduled me for delivery about 3 weeks out. I started having serious problems with my current unit, so I called to see if I could get it from a different store sooner. Not only was this not an option, but they moved my delivery back almost a full week (and then said they didn't change anything and that I was the one who moved it). Talk about playing the blame game!
Edit 07/25/18: My delivery ended up getting delayed 3 times, pushed back almost 2 months from my initial order. Then, once I called to demand they give me a similar fridge for the same price, the magically found my unit and scheduled me for delivery the very next day. They ended up refunding 10% of my order (which covered some of the food I had to throw out since my old fridge quit working), which I was pretty pleased about. Adding 1 star for this.
