Appliance department (or maybe delivery center?) is a complete joke. They had a Memorial Day sale that included free next day delivery. My refrigerator was apparently not in stock, so they scheduled me for delivery about 3 weeks out. I started having serious problems with my current unit, so I called to see if I could get it from a different store sooner. Not only was this not an option, but they moved my delivery back almost a full week (and then said they didn't change anything and that I was the one who moved it). Talk about playing the blame game! Edit 07/25/18: My delivery ended up getting delayed 3 times, pushed back almost 2 months from my initial order. Then, once I called to demand they give me a similar fridge for the same price, the magically found my unit and scheduled me for delivery the very next day. They ended up refunding 10% of my order (which covered some of the food I had to throw out since my old fridge quit working), which I was pretty pleased about. Adding 1 star for this.

Do not shop here. Long story short. Picked out tile for our master bath on 8/21/18. They were short 40pieces of bull nose. We told them we would pick up everything on 8/24/18. On 8/24 we borrowed a truck to pick up our order. They forgot to pull the order. On 8/25 we rented a U-Haul and picked up everything except. Well they forgot to tell us the 40missing pieces still weren’t in. We discovered that as I was double checking the order. On 9/4/18 I go to pick up the remaining pieces, only after my wife called to find out where our order was. In trying to check out I realize they ordered the wrong type of tile. At this point the guy doing my tile is 3 days behind because of their inability to get this correct. Chris, the manager says ‘all I can do is apologize’ and offers to order again. I need the tile now! I get a refund on the tile, drive to Xenia for half of the order, Huber Heights for the other half of the order. In two days I spent over $4,000 between tile and vanities with Lowe’s and I end up spending extra money and time on a rental truck, gas to the other stores. The least he could do is offer to get it from the other stores and have it delivered the next day. I could have screamed and yelled like the other person at customer service. Maybe they were offered more than an apology.

I had 2 wait a few minutes for a person to wait on me. But when Ron finally came, he helped me solve my problem. He was very pleasant. Made my waiting worth while.

I will never shop at Lowe’s again even with the 10% veterans discount it’s not worth the hassle. I bought a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator and the only thing I’ve received is my dishwasher. They said my stove was in stock but couldn't be found and was possibly sold. The refrigerator has been pushed back on delivery twice. Just spent all day waiting for my stove again, they never showed up. Called the store and the manager pretty much acted like it didn’t matter. Will never shop at this store again. Wish I could give negative stars!
