Save yourself the hassle and go to another store. We were pushed back 2 weeks for install due them not giving us all the supplies and not explaining their process. They need a change in management. They offered a minor refund for the hassle. It was not what I made in a day and I was out of work for 2 weeks. This being our first flooring experience, they didn't make it an enjoyable one. On another note, the install team was great to work with and the floor came out great.

We have used this store for our home and business. Darren was especially helpful in giving us the best price and helping select the right flooring for our business. I owe him cleaning and alterations on his coat for such great service. (We own a dry cleaner). It was funny though another employee ( Merrick) was trying to help find our account and it ended up he was the one who put it in! But they all took the time to help and give us great service

We bought $1500.00 of engineered flooring, once we purchased the flooring we told the sales staff we would be going back to Richmond Indiana to pick up our truck and return to pick up the flooring. Apparently the three hrs it took for use to travel to our home and return wasn't enough time for their lazy wearhouse guy to get our order ready. When we returned to the store the wearhouse guy was setting in the showroom in the AC playing on his phone and our order had not been prepared for pickup. My wife and I had to hand move several boxes of flooring because the wearhouse guy didn't want to get off the towmotor, all he did was spout directions to my wife and I as to which boxes to move and which ones to set aside. He had to be told by me how to load my truck with skids and he insisted it wouldn't work, come to find out he just didn't want to get off the towmoter and move boxes of flooring to an empty skid.....lazy ....wow!!!

Two gentlemen working today neither of which greeted us or asked if we needed help. We were probably in the store 20 minutes before leaving.

I have purchased flooring from Lumbar Liquidators multiple times as a landlord, and even for my personal home. I recently purchased some luxury vinyl plank flooring that was being sold on clearance which I suspect was for poor quality because within 6 months of it being installed, it started to break on the narrow sides of the tongue & groove. I first tried to call the local store since the product was still under warranty. I called 3/30 & 3/31 leaving messages which no one would return. I called again 4/4/18 when Zack said he would relay my situation to the installation manager Kirk and that he would return my call right away. After never getting a call back for 12 days, I called again 4/16/18 and was immediately placed on hold. I gave up after being on hold for over 11 minutes. I looked up the headquarter's customer service department and called them. I spoke to Aisha who gave me a warranty case number and the name of the person handing the claim. I was emailed some paperwork to fill out and directions on providing photos. I returned all that the same day and was told my case manager would return contact within 24-48 hours. I got an auto reply email saying she was out of the office. I again graciously waited till 4/25/18 before attempting email contact. I then got a return phone call from someone named Chey but it did not ring thru to my phone. I immediately tried to return the call upon getting the voice mail. I also followed up with attempts to reach Chey, leaving voice mail for her each time on 4/26, 4/27, and 4/30. The original case worker nor Chey have ever returned phone calls or emails other than automated emails saying they are out of the office. (Oh yeah, got one of those from Chey too today when I emailed saying I was going to social media to share my experience.) So if you want a company with customer service that shows they care about their relationship with clients - even long term ones, look elsewhere. UPDATE: Chey finally emailed and arranged to have an extra box picked up and tested and told me they would have results 5-7 days later. It has now been 20 days later and still haven't heard anything...even after emailing asking for an update. BEWARE!!!
