The rep named Dave sold us a lawn tractor and he was very well versed on his job and very helpful on his knowledge on the product and even helped the cashier on checkout he also told me i could get a discount because i was a veteran good job Dave.

Spent over $15,000 on a new kitchen. Cabinets were 4 weeks after said delivery date. Pieces were wrong dimensions and had to be reordered. Still waiting on missing pieces - 9 weeks later. Have spent and currently spend multiple hours a week trying to track down missing items and get things straightened out. Big, box store = this Lowe's does not show any appreciation or individuality to its customers.

We went to the Wheeling store looking for a tow behind lawn areator. After looking ourselves and not finding it, we stopped to ask a young man working by the front display of riding mowers where we could find them. He was very curt and informed us that they were special order. No apology or offer to order it just his lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help. My wife called him Mr. Personality. We brought the website up in the store and nowhere did it list online purchase only. I made the trip in for nothing only to be greeted by a worker who obviously didn't want to be there. My money spends anywhere and it will be a long time before I spend any in Lowes.

Generally I have better luck at Lowe's. For this trip, they didn't have any hammocks in my store and they didn't have much in the way of gas grills that were middle of the road in both price and features.
