There is a very wide selection of hardware, tools, and appliances. Some of the associates aren't very knowledgeable and I've had trouble getting proper assistance when trying to buy products. So if you're not super knowledgeable on what you're trying to buy you may have trouble finding someone in the store who can help you. Otherwise it's a great place to shop. During the summer they have a wonderful garden selection.

Very limited selection didn't have what I needed the last 3 times I went. They do too many things is the main problem. There should be appliance stores and hardware stores. Doing both at the same time makes the inventory too expansive making the selection lack luster. I ended up needing to use amazon like always.

Putting up a fence and revamping all our landscaping in our backyard and the lowes associates could not have been more helpful! Each employee greeted us with a smile and asked if we were finding everything we needed. Then the sales associate help load our truck with bags of gravel on one of the hottest summer days ever!! Also through all the many trips back and forth to Lowes I forgot one of my bags but that was no problem the customer service dept held my bag until the next day and I picked it up without any hassle. Great job folks!!

There has got to be a better way to do business. It took 45 minutes to pick up a special order. Only 2 persons behind the customer service counter and people lined up out the door for returns. One doing returns the other answering the phone while there were 4 standing in the check-out area chatting. I know you are the only show in town but what happened to customer service? Oh to have an option.

We frequent Lowe's often. If we ever have a problem they go above and beyond to make it right. The employees are nice and helpful all the time. If you can't find something they will order it.
