Do not use his services. He took over 6-7 months to start the job. He wouldn't answer our calls or emails and pretended he did not receive anything. When he finally starts, he has an excuse every day for why he is only going to work a couple of hours (e.g., his wife's car died, his dishwasher leaked, a tree fell, has to pick up his son, buying a new van, etc) which causes the job to take too long (months). He uses mismatched stain (high gloss in one half of the room and matte in the other half) and then blames it on the manufacturer. There are swirl marks in the floor and he pretends not to see him. He later makes adjustments so there are no swirl marks so clearly he knows how to do the job without swirl marks. Why not do it right the first time? He leaves a stain can on the floor after putting down stain causing a stain "circle" where the can is. He doesn't pay attention to the conditions of the home and when there are bubbles everywhere in the finish, he tries to blame dust in the house (which did not happen when he did the first room). The manufacturer says his excuses are nonsense. He leaves the job and doesn't bother to put any of the doors back. The doors all needed to be shaved because of the height of the wood but he claims he does not know how to do it. He doesn't take calls and barely responds to text messages. You are always holding your breath if he is going to respond or not. He accidentally cut the water line that comes up through floor to the refrigerator. Accidents happen. Instead of just paying to have a professional fix it, he says "i'll take care of it". 1 month later, the water he put in is leaking. He doesn't respond or resolve it.

I'd recommend committing insurance fraud before I'd recommend their services.
