Great to deal with professionals. From start to completion of the job. Owner was very knowledgeable about the products.Installers were quick and job was done with no problems. I would recommend this company to any and all of my friends that want any floor related products. Again the install crew were professional and took pride in the work they did. GREAT JOB!!! Thanks

We were very impressed with the service and attention to detail by The Floor King. We had a very tight schedule and requirements unique to our apartment and they were able to organize and lay all the flooring within our time frame. Karem and his sister Suzan were experienced, helpful and kind and we were very happy to work with this family business. I highly recommend them!

Floor kings was prompt when providing a quote. Their prices are very competitive; however, i was most impressed with the owner, Karam. He and his staff are professional, dilegent, and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them.

I've learned that the owner posted a response to my review. The information stated is false. I did not call Floor King to cancel the appointment. I did not have a 3 day deadline that I was working with. I did not contact another contractor. Perhaps I was confused with another customer. It happens. We all error. But do not blame your company's lack of professionalism and poor record keeping on the customer. I lost a day of paid work waiting for someone from Floor King to arrive and take an estimate. No one ever showed. And did not call. And to date (11/2017), no one from Floor King has called to apologize for the inconvenience. Again potential customers, I do not recommend this company.

Very displeased with this company. I was scheduled to have an in home consultation on 12/27. The company was a no call/no show. Even after they called to confirm the appt a week earlier. I did not appreciate this waste of my time. I cannot give them a good recommendation. I see this as a true measure of how business is conducted. The only reason one star is checked is because you can't post without checking at least one star. Trust me, they do not have my endorsement.
