The employees around the plumbing/hardware section on 8/15/18 in the early afternoon were not helpful at all. When I passed employees, I wasn't asked if I was finding everything I needed nor was I even greeted with a friendly smile. It was like customers all had the plague. Several employees I passed had their eyes glued to their phones. When I asked someone about a specific screw for a pot handle, he clearly wasn't knowledgeable and, after haphazardly looking around and giving me a box of screws, I was visually able to tell that they were too small. Another customer asked him a question while he was looking, so I think he just wanted to move on to the next person instead of carefully helping me. Great place if you want to get some exercise and walk around for 45 minutes trying to find simple items. Customer service = F

Always stocked well for basic items I need, good pricing, but the customer service at this location is overall poor. Usually only one checkout line is open, while 4-5 other "employees" stand around doing nothing. There are better Lowe's stores in central Ohio to visit.

Awesome service awesome people always fast check out lots of in-stock products very rarely ever find that something is not stocked on the Shelf always very satisfied with the staff who always asked if you need assistance if you're walking by or they're walking by you awesome place to go

I'm a young lady. While trying to make a selection of paracord, an employee came up to me and smugly asked "Are you into rope?" I asked "What?" And he again asked "Are you.... into rope?". Ignoring his incredibly inappropriate phrasing, I explained what I needed and what project it was for. Then he sent me to Flooring. I know there isn't rope in flooring, but I really wanted to walk away. (Shocker - the guy in Flooring sent me back to hardware). Maybe next time, have your team stick with "Can I help you?"

Lowe's on silver Dr is a great store. They usually have the variety of products I'm looking for. I would not trust the employees opinion without doing my own educated research first. A woman in the paint department attempted to sell me window glazing as caulk. But one bad experience does not marr the several years of good ones we've had with this store.
