Had my entire condo floored in hardwood. Looks great, workmanship was excellent. Job only took one day, but they were short about 50 square feet of material. Took a week, but completed in less than an hour. Price was great, they pulled up old flooring, installed new and left a very clean house. I would recommend RiteRug, efficient and good value.

To start with, Earnest was very good and easy to work with. We were sure we wanted 3/4” hardwood for the first floor of our home, but beyond that, had no idea what we would choose. Earnest took the time to explain the grades and different hardness levels of the various types of wood, and then gave us multiple large sample boards to try out in our home for several days. Really made the decision making much easier. After a couple of weeks of back and fourth to the store with different samples, we settled on 5” wide hickory floors. The next step was measuring and ordering the material. Everything arrived in about 2 weeks and was delivered to the house to acclimate. The delivery was smooth, and took 30 minuets. It was discussed that the install would take 3 days. Day one was tear out of old carpet and hardwood. Day two was the install of approximately 1400 square feet of new hardwood, flush mount floor vents and quarter round trim, all of which was stained and painted ahead of time to match our home. Jose and his crew were amazing, and very good to work with, they covered our furniture and moved it as needed to get the job done. His crew even covered the things in our basement because the nails would cause debris to fall below. The best part is they worked so hard on day two that they didn’t need day three. Job done in two days to our complete satisfaction. From shopping to install, we had no problems and would highly recommended Rite Rug, Earnest and Jose for any flooring needs. Bill Ross

The install crew did an awesome job. They were very conscientious and performed as if they really did care. Kudos for a job well done.

Everyone we interacted with at this location was fantastic to work with. It is overwhelming walking into the store for the first time, there are so many choices! But they helped us every step of the way. The product we chose was installed without any issues. We love our floor and the experience we had getting it. When we decide to update our other rooms we won't bother looking anywhere else.

What a fantastic experience my wife and I had with the Rite Rug at 6574 E. Broad St. in Columbus. We went in on Sunday 03/25 in the late afternoon and worked with the Manager Ernest. Ernest was extremely helpful in helping us select carpet within our budget and even came out to our house after his shift to take the detailed measurements. Our entire home was re-carpeted by the end of the day Thursday 03/29 - that's how quickly and efficiently they worked. The carpet installers were on time, very friendly, and completed the job within the scheduled time frame. We will 100% be going back to this location for all future flooring needs, thanks again Ernest & crew!
