Generously giving 3 stars because we got great carpet on sale for a low price. Unfortunately the 2 men that arrived smoked an insane amount of weed in my drive way. There is a huge seam in one of the rooms. They said it will go way and told me to vacuum a certain direction the first 5 times. It’s like 9 or 10 m later and the seam is still there and we are still only vacuuming the direction we were told. They left black smudge marks all over our doors and my daughters bedroom door trip has a big busted crack in it from them. They didn’t move things back to the same room. The sales employees are beyond obnoxious. We will not being buying the rest of our flooring from them.

My order was #5-522884. I purchased wood flooring from levis4floors. when the boxes were opened there was an assortment of colors and species of wood floor. On installation day after the installers noticed this they called me at work. they told me i needed to come home to see something. this is when i first knew i had received the wrong wood flooring. i took a picture and showed the customer service reps at levis4floors. they agree something was not right. they took my information and said they would be in touch. a say later i got a call from "john" claiming to be the owner. he immediately implied i had lied and was doing something nefarious. i assured him i was not lying and stated i did not appreciate his implications. i then went home and took some more pictures. i went up to the store myself to show these folks what i had installed in my home looked like a mosaic of colors. the owners brother or nephew, im not sure, was there. i showed him pictures and he agreed something was wrong, he went so far as to say he believed i had received "sample" boxes. this was his words - not mine. he had me bring the wood floor back to the store. well... fast forward a few days and now they are completely ignoring me. they have not flat out told me im lying but the implication and ignoring of phone calls is evidence enough. you can tell a lot about a company by the people they hire. you can hit the ball out of the park every time when you deal with the owner(s). Levis4floors is an extremely shadey outfit. they are crooks who could not care less if your house is torn up and you have no wood floor to put down. avoid these folks at all costs if you value your time, money and home.

We ordered are tile on Saturday july 21 was told that would be at the store Monday afternoon. By Tuesday afternoon the order was still not there. I had to take my own time to run to Worthington to pick my order up. After my project was done, I returned a box of tile to the store for a refund. I was told a check would be cut on Tuesday july 31. I talked to Art Levi 10 days after returning the product he said sorry it was missed, unfortunately check will not be cut till next Tuesday. That means I had to wait 17 days for a return. That is unacceptable customer service. I was going to buy my backsplash from them. But after how I was treated I will never use this business again.

Someone came to my house for measurements and said they would follow up the next day at the latest. No one contacted me for 2 weeks so I decided to go into the store. I was working with one of the Levi family members who was very helpful, but since I had worked with another sales person he said I had to continue working with that sales person. I went back in the following day to update that sales person and see why he never got back to me. He said he would get back with me the next day regarding a sample/quote. He never called or emailed. Don't waste your time; just go to Rite Rug. I got such great service/pricing there that I decided to double my order and redo the whole house. It's half a mile up the road from Levi's and they actually follow up. I was the customer begging to be sold and the salesman at Levi's 4 Floors completely dropped the ball.
